NeuralSense ("we," "our," or "us") provides an AI-enhanced precision tool for competitive gamers. Our service uses computer vision and machine learning to assist with aim precision in gaming environments. NeuralSense operates as an external application that does not modify game files or inject code into game processes.

2. User Obligations

By using NeuralSense, you agree to:

  • Use the service only in accordance with applicable laws and game terms of service
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and license keys
  • Not share, resell, or redistribute your license key
  • Not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
  • Not use the service to gain unfair advantages in competitive gaming where prohibited
  • Report any security vulnerabilities or bugs responsibly

3. Prohibited Uses

You may not use NeuralSense to:

  • Violate any game's terms of service or end-user license agreement
  • Cheat, hack, or exploit games in ways that violate their rules
  • Use in tournaments or competitions where such tools are explicitly prohibited
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
  • Use automated systems to access the service without permission
  • Collect or harvest information about other users

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of NeuralSense, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, and text, are owned by NeuralSense and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use NeuralSense in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to:

  • Modify, adapt, or create derivative works
  • Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the software
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels

5. Subscription and Payment

NeuralSense offers subscription-based plans. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay all fees associated with your chosen plan
  • Automatic renewal of your subscription unless cancelled
  • Price changes with 30 days notice
  • No refunds for partial subscription periods (subject to local consumer protection laws)

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our service, we generally do not offer refunds. However, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for:

  • Technical issues that prevent the service from functioning as described
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors
  • Circumstances covered by local consumer protection laws

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEURALSENSE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the use of NeuralSense shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

NEURALSENSE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to NeuralSense immediately, without prior notice, if you:

  • Violate these Terms of Service
  • Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
  • Fail to pay subscription fees
  • Request account deletion

Upon termination, your right to use NeuralSense will cease immediately. We are not obligated to provide refunds for any unused subscription period.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the service. Your continued use of NeuralSense after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law
