How do I activate my license?

After purchasing a subscription, you'll receive a license key via email. Download the NeuralSense desktop app, launch it, and enter your license key when prompted. The app will automatically activate and unlock your plan features.

Can I use NeuralSense on multiple devices?

Yes! Basic plan allows 1 device, Pro plan allows up to 3 devices, and Elite plan allows up to 10 devices. You can manage your devices from your dashboard.

Is NeuralSense safe to use?

Yes! NeuralSense uses external computer vision (screen capture) and does not inject code into game processes. It operates like streaming software and does not modify game files or memory. See our Trust & Safety page for more details.

Will NeuralSense trigger anti-cheat systems?

NeuralSense is designed to be compatible with most anti-cheat systems since it operates externally. However, we recommend checking your game's terms of service. Some games may prohibit any external assistance tools.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard or by contacting support. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

What happens if my license expires?

If your subscription expires, your license will become inactive. You'll need to renew your subscription to continue using NeuralSense. We offer a grace period for reactivation.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the digital nature of our service, we generally do not offer refunds. However, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for technical issues or billing errors. Contact support within 14 days of purchase.

How do I update NeuralSense?

The desktop app will automatically check for updates on startup. If an update is available, you'll see a notification with a download link. Always keep NeuralSense updated for the best experience and security.
